I heard from a friend earlier this week that next year all americans driving a motorized vehicle will be required to use a hands free device if they plan on driving and using their cell phone at the same time. I am curious as to how certain people managed to pass this bill and make it a law. I do not understand the dangers in driving and using a cell phone. People can drive with one hand and talk with the other. It's that simple, i do not want to have to buy something and have to be able to afford to talk on my cell phone when i'm in the car. Its totally messed up
